Ramp and balcony of demolished houses in Gurugram, 15 houses sealed

The District Municipal Planner (DTP) Enforcement Team, which has been campaigning against illegal construction, took major action in DLF Phase-3 on Thursday. 

DTP RS Bath, who arrived with three JCBs with the police force, removed the illegal construction done in the EWS houses. People had made platforms and ramps up to the road. Many people also made the balcony look at the rules. 

During the demolition action on Thursday afternoon, some people protested but DTP did not listen to anyone. During the operation that lasted till the evening, DTP had also stopped the mobile. So that the recommendation of the leaders does not have to be heard.

Planning Assistant of the department Satyendra Kumar said that DLF Phase-3 EWS has been constructed illegally in 60 square yards houses in violation of building regulations.

Around 250 policemen were present during the operation. Notices were given for action on about 20 properties on U-14A, 15, 18, 26, 42, and 60 Roads. Let me tell you that in DLF Phase-3, more than 80 percent of houses have illegal construction, more floors than rules, 100 percent ground coverage, and encroachment outside the houses.

Encroachments on houses on U-1, 15, and 16 Roads including JCB were carried out on extensions outside the plot area of ​​stairs, dhabas, houses. gone.

Three dhabas were demolished and commercial activities going on in about 15 houses were also sealed. It includes commercial offices, Property dealer’s offices and other activities included. On the site of the road, some people had an office named after RWA.

He was also disbanded on behalf of the Enforcement Team. Additional floors were being built in some under-construction houses, which gave themselves in writing that they would break their floors on their own.

No action due to stay

About 10 property owners showed court stay to the departmental officers, which could not take action on some houses. However, the DTP says that the department will vigorously plead the aforesaid cases in the court and will take action by dismissing the stay.
