Karol Bagh: ITBP Constable Committed Suicide

A 31-year-old Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) constable shot and killed himself on Friday at Karol Bagh police station in Delhi. The jawan has been identified as Sandeep Kumar. The deceased constable was a resident of Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. 

Commissioner of Karol Bagh Police Station Sanjay Bhatia said that the deceased constable had come to the police station with one of his companions and was waiting for his bus after the duty was over. Meanwhile, he shot himself with his INSAS rifle. 

Police said that the deceased Constable Sandeep had joined the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) on 12 February 2009.
