ACP of Delhi Police was hit by Tata 407, in which 55-year-old Sanket Kaushik died. The accused driver of Tata 407 escaped after the accident with the vehicle.
The ACP of Delhi Traffic Police died on Saturday in an accident. ACP Sanket Kaushik was watching the traffic at Rajokari flyover in South West Delhi. At the same time, a vehicle hit them. The injured ACP was rushed to AIIMS Hospital in Delhi, where doctors declared him dead.
According to the police, the accident took place at around 9:30 pm on the Rajokari flyover.
Sanket Kaushik was posted as ACP traffic in the Southwest district. Sanket Kaushik was on duty at the time of the incident. At present, the police are investigating whether the collision was killed intentionally, or it is an accident.
This accident happened at a time when there is more traffic in Delhi. However, the driver managed to escape the vehicle. Currently, an investigation is going on in the police case and the driver is being tried.
