A total of 1055 beds of banquet halls are linked to hospitals in Delhi. Among these, the Jehan Banquet Hall with a capacity of 100 beds in the northern district has been linked with the Satyavadi Raja Harishchandra Hospital.
Banquet halls marked in every district of Delhi government in action mode to overcome the shortage of beds
The Kejriwal government is now in action mode to deal with the ever-increasing number of Corona patients in the national capital Delhi and the lack of beds in hospitals. Banquet halls have been identified in every district to deal with the shortage of beds in hospitals. The marked banquet hall is linked with hospitals. These will serve as extended centers of hospitals.
Keeping in mind the healthcare facility associated with the Coronavirus in Delhi, the Delhi Cabinet had decided to mark Banquet Hall to increase the capacity of beds in hospitals. In compliance with this decision, banquet halls have been identified and linked to hospitals. An order in this regard has also been issued by the Delhi government.
According to the order issued by the Delhi government, a total of 1055 beds of banquet halls have been linked with hospitals in Delhi. Among these, the Jehan Banquet Hall with a capacity of 100 beds in the northern district has been linked with the Satyavadi Raja Harishchandra Hospital.
At the same time, Heritage Grand with a capacity of 200 beds in North Western District, Deep Chand Bandhu Hospital, RK Banquet Hall, Kirti Nagar Industrial Area with 160 beds capacity in Western District has been linked with Rajiv Gandhi Super Specialty Hospital.
Similarly, Kundan Banquet Hall, Kapashera with a capacity of 160 beds in South Western District has been linked with Lok Nayak Hospital. Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel COVID Care Center with 10,000 beds capacity in Southern District has been linked with Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital, Kanak Banquet Hall with a capacity of 100 beds in North Eastern District, GTB Hospital. The 500-bed capacity Covid Care Center at CWG Village in Eastern District will be operated by the Doctors Volunteer Group of ‘Doctors for You’.
As per Delhi government order, Pearl Grand Galaxy of Vishwas Nagar with a capacity of 135 beds in Shahdara district has been linked with GTB Hospital.
The Shehnai Banquet Hall with a capacity of 100 beds in Central District is also linked with Lok Nayak Hospital and JJV Marketing and Hotel Private Limited, Samalkha Village with 100 beds capacity in New Delhi District, with Lok Nayak Hospital.
